These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Clear Security Vision and its clients. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Clear Security Vision provides cybersecurity consulting services including but not limited to: security assessments, ISO consulting, training, penetration testing and business continuity planning.
Each engagement is defined by a contract or written proposal specifying scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work does not begin without written confirmation from the client.
All information provided by the client during engagements is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.
Reports, documentation and deliverables created for the client become client property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies and tools remain the property of Clear Security Vision.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or business interruption.
Invoices are issued per the contractual agreement with a 15-day payment term from issue date, unless otherwise specified. Delays may incur penalties per the contract.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
